Welcome to TaptoCliq. By accessing or using our website and services at taptocliq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About TaptoCliq

TaptoCliq Enterprise (“TaptoCliq”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital identity and smart NFC business card services. Our platform allows users to create and share digital profiles via NFC cards, QR codes, and unique profile URLs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using TaptoCliq, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

When you purchase a TaptoCliq NFC card, an account is created for you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@taptocliq.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TaptoCliq to:

  • Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile
  • Impersonate any person or organisation
  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform or servers
  • Use the service for spam or unsolicited commercial communications

5. NFC Cards and Physical Products

Physical NFC cards are shipped after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines are 3–7 business days within Nigeria. TaptoCliq is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Cards are personalised and non-refundable once programmed. If a card is defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

6. Subscriptions and Renewals

Your TaptoCliq subscription grants access to your digital profile for a period of 365 days from activation. Renewal reminders will be sent to your registered email address 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry. Failure to renew will result in your profile being deactivated. Your data is retained for 90 days after expiry before permanent deletion.

7. Payments

All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via secure payment gateways. TaptoCliq does not store your card or banking details. All transactions are final. Refunds are only issued where a physical card has not yet been shipped.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and technology on taptocliq.com are the property of TaptoCliq Enterprise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TaptoCliq is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, TaptoCliq Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of TaptoCliq is also governed by our Cookie and Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
