How does the per-employee price work?
Pricing is based on card type and total headcount. As your team grows into a higher tier, the price per employee drops automatically for your entire order.
What if I have more than 50 employees?
Teams of 51 or more get custom pricing. Contact our sales team directly for a quote.
Can I add employees later?
Yes. You only pay the difference between your current capacity and the new, higher capacity, not the full new total.
How are cards assigned to employees?
Once your payment is approved, cards are reserved to your company automatically. You then assign each reserved card to a specific employee from your dashboard. Once assigned, it is permanent.
Can employees edit their own profiles?
Yes. Employees can complete and edit their own bio, office address and photo after being invited.
